Returns

The client has the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days after the product has been delivered to the client.

The client must inform Nora Lina of its wish to return the product by sending an e-mail to info@noralina.com within the aforementioned period of fourteen (14) days after the product has been delivered to the client. This e-mail should include the following information: order number, name, phone number, e-mail address and delivery address. After receipt of this e-mail, Nora Lina will provide a return authorization number (“RA Number”) to the client. After receipt of the RA number, the client will have an additional fourteen (14) days to return the product to Nora Lina. The client must bear the costs for shipping the products to Nora Lina.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original unopened packaging with its original packing slip. Returns attempted without satisfying all of the aforementioned conditions, will not be accepted.

The client is responsible for the chosen shipping method of the returns. The risk of the product will transfer to Nora Lina when Nora Lina has received the product. This means that Nora Lina cannot be held responsible for any returns which are (for example) lost and/or damaged in the mail when being returned. We therefore advise you to choose for registered shipment, request tracking information and ensure the package containing the returned product(s). Nora Lina does not make any exceptions to this policy.

After receiving and accepting the returned products, Nora Lina will refund the total purchase price to the client within fourteen (14) days.

Products purchased on the online store cannot be returned to a Nora Lina distributor nor to a salon which sells Nora Lina products.

If a product purchased on the online store is defective, customer shall contact Nora Lina online customer service by phone at +31 (0)6 33 60 96 00 , or via email at info@noralina.com, within 14 days of receipt of product. In order to process its request, the customer shall provide a detailed description of the defect and a proof of purchase.
